Whereas the Canadian Bar Association has nominated Marie Belleau to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for Nunavut;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints Marie Belleau of Iqaluit, Nunavut, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for Nunavut, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on November 30, 2024.

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme Marie Belleau, d’Iqaluit (Nunavut), membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour le Nunavut, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 30 novembre 2024.
