Whereas the Chief Justice of Newfoundland and Labrador has nominated the Honourable William H. Goodridge, a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, appoints the Honourable William H. Goodridge to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on November 30, 2024.

Attendu que la juge en chef de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador a proposé que l’honorable William H. Goodridge, juge d’appel de la Cour d’appel de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, soit nommé membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme l’honorable William H. Goodridge, membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, à titre amovible pour un mandat se terminant le 30 novembre 2024.
