Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, under subsections 27(2) and 30(1) and sections 29 and 34 of the Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Act, appoints Emily Crocco of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member and Chairperson of the Canada Agricultural Review Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($162,700 - $191,300), effective January 17, 2023.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu des paragraphes 27(2) et 30(1) et des sections 29 et 34 de la Loi sur les sanctions pécuniaires en matière d’agriculture et d’agroalimentaire, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Emily Crocco, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein et présidente de la Commission de révision agricole du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (162 700 $ – 191 300 $), à compter du 17 janvier 2023.
