Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, under subsection 8(2) of the Canada Infrastructure Bank Act, appoints Andrée-Lise Méthot, O.Q., of Frelighsburg, Quebec, to be a director of the board of directors of the Canada Infrastructure Bank, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Christopher John Hickman, whose term has expired.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités et en vertu du paragraphe 8(2) de la Loi sur la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Andrée-Lise Méthot, O.Q., de Frelighsburg (Québec), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Banque de l’infrastructure du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Christopher John Hickman dont le mandat a pris fin.
