Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister for International Trade, under subsections 8(1) and 9(2) of the Export Development Act, reappoints Mairead Lavery of Kirkland, Quebec, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Export Development Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule which salary is within the range ($422,600 - $496,100), effective February 5, 2023.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre du Commerce international et en vertu des paragraphes 8(1) et 9(2) de la Loi sur le développement des exportations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Mairead Lavery, de Kirkland (Québec), présidente et première dirigeante d’Exportation et développement Canada, à titre amovible pour une période de deux ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (422 600 $ – 496 100 $), à compter du 5 février 2023.
