Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, in consultation with the Minister of Labour, under subsections 26(1), (2) and 30(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act, appoints Lori Straznicky of Almonte, Ontario, to be the Pay Equity Commissioner of the Canadian Human Rights Commission, on an interim basis, to hold office during good behavior for a term of one year, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($198,900 - $234,000), effective November 1, 2022.
Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, en consultation avec le ministre du Travail, et en vertu des paragraphes 26(1), (2) et 30(1) de la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Lori Straznicky, d’Almonte (Ontario), commissaire à l’équité salariale de la Commission canadienne des droits de la personnes par intérim, à titre inamovible pour un mandat d’un an, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (198 900 $ – 234 000 $), à compter du 1er novembre 2022.
