Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, under subsection 5‍(1) of the Department of Citizenship and Immigration Act and subsection 8‍(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, approves that the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration enter into agreements, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement, with the government of each of the following provinces amending the following immigration agreements:

(a) Northwest Territories with respect to the 2018 Canada-Northwest Territories Agreement on Territorial Nominees;

(b) British Columbia with respect to the Canada-British Columbia Immigration Agreement; and

(c) Prince Edward Island with respect to the Canada-Prince Edward Island Immigration Agreement.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 5‍(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et du paragraphe 8‍(1) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil agrée la conclusion par le ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, avec le gouvernement de chacune des provinces ci-après, d’accords modifiant les accords sur l’immigration ci-après, lesquels accords modificateurs sont conformes en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint :

a) l’Accord Canada‍–‍Territoires du Nord-Ouest sur les candidats des territoires de 2018, conclu avec le gouvernement des Territoires du Nord-Ouest;

b) l’Accord Canada‍–‍Colombie-Britannique sur l’immigration, conclu avec le gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique;

c) l’Accord Canada‍–‍Île-du-Prince-Édouard sur l’immigration, conclu avec le gouvernement de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard.
