Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to terminate, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Agreement Between Canada and the United States of America for Promotion of Safety on the Great Lakes by Means of Radio, 1973, done at Ottawa on February 26, 1973, and the Exchange of Notes Constituting an Agreement Between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America Amending the Technical Regulations Annexed to the Agreement Between Canada and the United States for Promotion of Safety on the Great Lakes by Means of Radio, 1973, done at Ottawa on December 29, 1978.
