The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Katherine O’Brien, a Judge of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a Judge ex officio of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
