Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, under subsections 22.1(1) and 22.1(2) of the Department of Public Works and Government Services Act, reappoints Alexander Adrian Jeglic of Ottawa, Ontario, as Procurement Ombudsman, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 6 ($198,900 - $234,000), effective April 3, 2023.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux Publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu des paragraphes 22.1(1) et 22.1(2) de la Loi sur le ministère des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat d’Alexander Adrian Jeglic, d’Ottawa (Ontario), ombudsman de l’approvisionnement, à titre amovible pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (198 900 $ – 234 000 $), à compter du 3 avril 2023.
