The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Melanie Del Rizzo of the City of St. John’s, in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, one of His Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, Family Division, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal of Newfoundland and Labrador.
