Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, after consultation with the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, under section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment of Kaye Staniforth Melliship of Victoria, British Columbia, to be Chairperson of the board of directors of Canada Lands Company Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
