Whereas, under subsection 332‍(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, the Minister of the Environment published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 18, 2021 a copy of the proposed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, substantially in the annexed form, and interested persons were given an opportunity to file comments with respect to the proposed Regulations or to file a notice of objection requesting that a board of review be established and stating the reasons for the objection;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Regulations Made Under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 under section 160 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999.

Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 332‍(1) de la Loi canadienne sur la protection de l’environnement (1999), le ministre de l’Environnement a fait publier dans la Partie I de la Gazette du Canada, le 18 décembre 2021, le projet de règlement intitulé Règlement modifiant certains règlements pris en vertu de la Loi canadienne sur la protection de l’environnement (1999), conforme en substance au texte ci-après, et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter leurs observations à cet égard ou un avis d’opposition motivé demandant la constitution d’une commission de révision,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement et en vertu de l’article 160 de la Loi canadienne sur la protection de l’Environnement (1999), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant certains règlements pris en vertu de la Loi canadienne sur la protection de l’environnement (1999), ci-après.
