Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Health Regulations (Miscellaneous Program), pursuant to

(a) subsection 30‍(1) of the Food and Drugs Act;

(b) subsection 13‍(1) of the Radiation Emitting Devices Act;

(c) subsection 11‍(1) of the Department of Health Act;

(d) subsection 65‍(1) of the Assisted Human Reproduction Act;

(e) subsection 37‍(1) of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act; and

(f) subsection 139‍(1) of the Cannabis Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Santé, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements (ministère de la Santé), ci-après, en vertu :

a) du paragraphe 30‍(1) de la Loi sur les aliments et drogues;

b) du paragraphe 13‍(1) de la Loi sur les dispositifs émettant des radiations;

c) du paragraphe 11‍(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de la Santé;

d) du paragraphe 65‍(1) de la Loi sur la procréation assistée;

e) du paragraphe 37‍(1) de la Loi canadienne sur la sécurité des produits de consommation;

f) du paragraphe 139‍(1) de la Loi sur le cannabis.
