Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour:

(a) after consultation with the organizations representative of employers, under paragraph 9(2)(c) and subsection 10(2) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Thomas Erskine Frank Brady of Westmount, Quebec, to be a full-time member of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years; and

(b) under section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Thomas Erskine Frank Brady be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

effective October 11, 2022.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Travail, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) après consultation des organisations représentant des employeurs, en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)c) et du paragraphe 10(2) du Code canadien du travail, nomme Thomas Erskine Frank Brady, de Westmount (Québec), membre à temps plein du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans;

b) en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne que Thomas Erskine Frank Brady soit réputé faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

à compter du 11 octobre 2022.
