Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration:

(a)  under paragraphs 153(1)(a) and 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, reappoints Linda Ann Taylor of Vancouver, British Columbia, as a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Vancouver Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years; and

(b) under paragraph 153(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, designates Linda Ann Taylor of Vancouver, British Columbia, as Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Vancouver Regional Office),

effective December 4, 2022.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a)  en vertu des alinéas 153(1)a) et 153(1)c) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, renouvelle le mandat de Linda Ann Taylor, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique), commissaire à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Vancouver), à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans;

b)  en vertu du paragraphe 153(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, choisit Linda Ann Taylor, de Vancouver (Colombie-Britannique),

comme vice-présidente adjointe de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Vancouver),

à compter du 4 décembre 2022.
