Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, under subsection 3(1) and sections 6 and 10 of the National Research Council Act, re-appoints Pierre Rivard of Toronto, Ontario, as a member of the National Research Council of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
