 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsection 49(1) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, fixes the remuneration and certain conditions of employment of Charlotte Anne McQuade, full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Employment Insurance Section, for the period she is acting as a full-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Appeal Division, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 3 ($123,300 - $145,000), effective March 28, 2022, until such time as she is no longer required to act as a full-time member for the Appeal Division.

 Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 49(1) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi de Charlotte Anne McQuade, membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la section de l’assurance-emploi, pour la période pendant laquelle elle agit à titre de membre à temps plein du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la division d’appel, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 3 (123 300 $ – 145 000 $), à compter du 28 mars 2022, jusqu’à ce qu’il ne soit plus nécessaire pour elle d’agir en tant que membre à temps plein pour la division d’appel.
