His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of Canada in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry,
(a) pursuant to paragraph 264(a) of the Budget Implementation Act, 2018, No. 2 (the “Act”), chapter 27 of the Statutes of Canada, 2018, fixes June 28, 2021 as the day on which the definition “Board” in section 2, sections 11 to 20, 25 to 32, 34 to 62 and 64 to 74 and paragraphs 76(1)(c) to (f), (h) and (i) of the College of Patent Agents and Trade-mark Agents Act, as enacted by section 247 of the Act, come into force; and
(b) pursuant to paragraph 264(b) of the Act, fixes June 28, 2021 as the day on which section 249, subsection 250(1), sections 251, 252 and 255 to 257 and subsection 258(1) of the Act come into force.
Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie, Son Excellence l’administrateur du gouvernement du Canada en conseil :
a) en vertu de l’alinéa 264a) de la Loi no 2 d’exécution du budget de 2018 (la « Loi »), chapitre 27 des Lois du Canada (2018), fixe au 28 juin 2021 la date d’entrée en vigueur de la définition de « conseil » à l’article 2, des articles 11 à 20, 25 à 32, 34 à 62 et 64 à 74 et des alinéas 76(1)c) à f), h) et i) de la Loi sur le Collège des agents de brevets et des agents de marques de commerce, édictée par l’article 247 de la Loi;
b) en vertu de l’alinéa 264b) de la Loi, fixe au 28 juin 2021 la date d’entrée en vigueur de l’article 249, du paragraphe 250(1), des articles 251, 252 et 255 à 257 et du paragraphe 258(1) de la Loi.
