Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Food and Drug Regulations and the Cannabis Regulations (Supplemented Foods) under

(a) subsection 30‍(1) of the Food and Drugs Act; and

(b) subsection 139‍(1) of the Cannabis Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Santé, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement sur les aliments et drogues et le Règlement sur le cannabis (aliments supplémentés), ci-après, en vertu :

a) du paragraphe 30‍(1) de la Loi sur les aliments et drogues;

b) du paragraphe 139‍(1) de la Loi sur le cannabis.
