                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby appoints Marlene Velma LaMontagne of Calgary, Alberta, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the Alberta Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Calgary, for a term of three years.
