Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints Ashley Michelier to be Honorary Consul of Canada in Nassau, the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Ashley Michelier, giving the other party a sixty day written notice.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Ashley Michelier, consule honoraire du Canada à Nassau (Commonwealth des Bahamas), à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (1 500 $ – 5 000 $).
