Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, under paragraph 4(a) and subsection 7(1) of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety Act, appoints Brenda Jane Baxter of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chairman of the Council of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.
