 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, under subsection 17(1) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act, appoints Carolann M. Brewer of Maple Ridge, British Columbia, to be a roster member of the Electricity Transmission Dispute Roster, established under Annex 309 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement, for a term of five years.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités et en vertu du paragraphe 17(1) de la Loi de mise en œuvre de l’Accord de libre-échange canadien, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Carolann M. Brewer, de Maple Ridge (Colombie-Britannique), membre du Groupe spécial chargé d’entendre les différends sur le transport d’électricité, établi au titre de l’annexe 309 de l’Accord de libre-échange canadien, pour un mandat de cinq ans.
