Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada and under subsection 9(a) and sections 11 and 12 of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada Act, re-appoints Lisa de Wilde, C.M., of Oakville, Ontario, as a director of the Board of Directors of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective July 4, 2022.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, après consultation du conseil d’administration de la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada et en vertu du paragraphe 9a) et des articles 11 et 12 de la Loi sur la fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil reconduit le mandat de Lisa de Wilde, C.M., d’Oakville (Ontario), administratrice du conseil d’administration de la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 4 juillet 2022.
