 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, after consultation with the Canadian Judicial Council, under section 73 of the Judges Act, reappoints Marc A. Giroux of Ottawa, Ontario, as Commissioner for Federal Judicial Affairs, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($198,900 - $234,000), effective June 21, 2022.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, après consultation du Conseil canadien de la magistrature, et en vertu de l’article 73 de la Loi sur les juges, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Marc A. Giroux, d’Ottawa (Ontario), commissaire à la magistrature fédérale, à titre amovible pour une période de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (198 900 $ – 234 000 $), à compter du 21 juin 2022.
