Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes:

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada on the one hand and the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark together with the Government of Greenland on the other hand on the maritime and land boundaries in the area between Canada and Greenland; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Chrystia Freeland, Minister of Finance; Daniel Vandal, Minister of Northern Affairs; Joyce Catherine Murray, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans; Robert Oliphant, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs; Maninder Sidhu, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs; or Denis Robert, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Kingdom of Denmark, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada on the one hand and the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark together with the Government of Greenland on the other hand on the maritime and land boundaries in the area between Canada and Greenland.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Gouvernement du Canada d’une part et le Gouvernement du Royaume du Danemark avec le Gouvernement du Groenland d’autre part sur les frontières maritimes et terrestres dans la zone située entre le Canada et le Groenland;

b) soit la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Chrystia Freeland, ministre des Finances, Daniel Vandal, ministre des Affaires du Nord, Joyce Catherine Murray, ministre des Pêches et des Océans, Robert Oliphant, secrétaire parlementaire de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Maninder Sidhu, secrétaire parlementaire de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, ou Denis Robert, ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès du Royaume du Danemark, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Gouvernement du Canada d’une part et le Gouvernement du Royaume du Danemark avec le Gouvernement du Groenland d’autre part sur les frontières maritimes et terrestres dans la zone située entre le Canada et le Groenland.
