Whereas the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories has nominated the Honourable Karan M. Shaner, a Judge of the Supreme Court of the Northwest Territories, to be a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Northwest Territories;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under Order in Council P.C. 2017-10 of January 19, 2017, reappoints the Honourable Karan M. Shaner as a member of the Independent Judicial Advisory Committee for the Northwest Territories, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending on June 1, 2024.

Attendu que la juge en chef de la Cour suprême des Territoires du Nord-Ouest a proposé que l’honorable Karan M. Shaner, juge de la Cour suprême des Territoires du Nord-Ouest, soit nommée membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour les Territoires du Nord-Ouest,

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, en vertu du décret

C.P. 2017-10 du 19 janvier 2017, nomme de nouveau l’honorable Karan M. Shaner, membre du Comité consultatif indépendant à la magistrature pour les Territoires du Nord-Ouest, à titre amovible pour une période se terminant le 1^er juin 2024.
