Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services, under paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant to Turnstone Biologics Inc. one option to extend, for a period of five years, beginning on December 1, 2024, the lease for the real property located at 12-18 York Street, Suite 300, in Ottawa, Ontario, as described in Schedule A and shown in Schedule B.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi par la Commission de la capitale nationale à Turnstone Biologics Inc. d’une option de prolongation de cinq ans, à compter du 1^er décembre 2024, du bail portant sur le bien immeuble situé au 12-18, rue York, bureau 300, à Ottawa (Ontario), dont la description figure à l’annexe A et l’illustration, à l’annexe B.
