Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment, makes the annexed Migratory Birds Regulations, 2022 pursuant to

(a) subsection 12‍(1) of the Migratory Birds Convention Act, 1994;

(b) subsection 16‍(1) and section 17 of the Canada National Parks Act;

(c) subsection 5‍(1) of the Environmental Violations Administrative Monetary Penalties Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement sur les oiseaux migrateurs (2022), ci-après, en vertu :

a) du paragraphe 12‍(1) de la Loi de 1994 sur la convention concernant les oiseaux migrateurs;

b) du paragraphe 16‍(1) et de l’article 17 de la Loi sur les parcs nationaux du Canada;

c) du paragraphe 5‍(1) de la Loi sur les pénalités administratives en matière d’environnement.
