                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of State and Leader of the Government in the House of Commons, pursuant to subsection 24(1) of the Canada Elections Act, hereby appoints Monina Lim-Serramo, 31 Fulham Street, Toronto, Ontario, to be the Returning Officer for the electoral district of Scarborough–Agincourt, as established in the Representation Order proclaimed on August 25, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du ministre d’État et leader du gouvernement à la Chambre des communes et en vertu du paragraphe 24(1) de la Loi électorale du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Monina Lim-Serramo, 31, rue Fulham, Toronto (Ontario), directeur du scrutin pour la circonscription électorale de Scarborough–Agincourt, tel qu’établi selon la proclamation de l’ordonnance de représentation en date du 25 août 2003.
