 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister Justice of and the Minister of Industry, under subsection 4(1) of the Competition Tribunal Act, designates the Honourable Andrew D. Little of Toronto, Ontario, a member of the Competition Tribunal, to be Chairman of the Competition Tribunal, to hold office for a term ending on November 4, 2027, effective April 30, 2022.
