Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, under paragraph 9(2)(b) and subsections 10(1) and 10(3) of the Budget Implementation Act, 1997, reappoints Ronald Layden of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, as a director of the board of directors of the Canada Foundation for Innovation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)b) et des paragraphes 10(1) et 10(3) de la Loi d’exécution du budget de 1997, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Ronald Layden, de Lunenburg (Nouvelle-Écosse), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Fondation canadienne pour l’innovation, à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans.
