 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, under paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Stacey Patricia Howse of Portugal Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador, to be a director of the St. John’s Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Stacey Patricia Howse, de Portugal Cove (Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador), administratrice de l’Administration portuaire de St. John’s, pour un mandat de trois ans.
