Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, appoints Trevor John Hines to be Honorary Consul of Canada in Antofagasta, Republic of Chile, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his honorarium at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which honorarium is within the range ($1,500 - $5,000), such appointment to be terminated by either the Minister of Foreign Affairs or Trevor John Hines giving the other party a sixty day written notice.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Trevor John Hines, consul honoraire du Canada à Antofagasta (République du Chili), à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe ses honoraires au taux figurant à l’annexe ci-jointe, lesquels honoraires se situent dans l’échelle (1 500 $ – 5 000 $). La ministre des Affaires étrangères ou Trevor John Hines peut mettre fin à la nomination en remettant un avis écrit de soixante jours à l’autre partie.
