Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsections 48.4(3) and 48.6(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act, fixes the remuneration and certain conditions of employment of Jennifer Khurana, former Vice-chairperson of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, for the period she was acting as Chairperson of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 8 ($242,700 - $285,500), effective September 2, 2021, and ending on March 24, 2022.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu des paragraphes 48.4(3) et 48.6(1) de la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi de Jennifer Khurana, ancienne vice-présidente du Tribunal canadien des droits de la personne, pour la période pendant laquelle elle a agi à titre de présidente du Tribunal canadien des droits de la personne, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 8 (242 700 $ – 285 500 $), à compter du 2 septembre 2021 et se terminant le 24 mars 2022.
