 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, under sections 48.1, 48.2 and 48.4 of the Canadian Human Rights Act, reappoints Kirsten L. Mercer of Toronto, Ontario, as a part-time member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu des articles 48.1, 48.2 et 48.4 de la Loi canadienne sur les droits de la personne, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme de nouveau Kirsten L. Mercer, de Toronto (Ontario), membre à temps partiel du Tribunal canadien des droits de la personne, à tire inamovible pour une période de cinq ans.
