Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes

(a) the Prime Minister or the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Concerning Air Services; or

(b) the Minister of Foreign Affairs to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Omar Alghabra, Minister of Transport, or Mary F.Y. Ng, Minister for International Trade, or Michael Keenan, Deputy Minister of Transport, or Ralph Goodale, High Commissioner for Canada to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, or Sandra McCardell, Assistant Deputy Minister, Europe, Arctic, Middle East and Maghreb, or Shendra Melia, Chief Air Negotiator, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Concerning Air Services.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise :

a) soit le premier ministre ou la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord sur les services aériens;

b) soit la ministre des Affaires étrangères à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Omar Alghabra, ministre des Transports, Mary F.Y. Ng, ministre du Commerce international, Michael Keenan, sous-ministre des Transports, Ralph Goodale, haut-commissaire du Canada auprès du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord, Sandra McCardell, sous-ministre adjointe, Europe, Arctique, Moyen-Orient et Maghreb, ou Shendra Melia, négociatrice en chef des accords aériens, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord sur les services aériens.
