Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, makes the annexed Regulations Amending Certain Department of Industry Regulations (Miscellaneous Program) pursuant to

(a) paragraph 25‍(h) of the Industrial Design Act;

(b) paragraph 12‍(1)‍(k) of the Patent Act; and

(c) paragraph 65‍(n) of the Trademarks Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant certains règlements (ministère de l’Industrie), ci-après, en vertu :

a) de l’alinéa 25h) de la Loi sur les dessins industriels;

b) de l’alinéa 12‍(1)k) de la Loi sur les brevets;

c) de l’alinéa 65n) de la Loi sur les marques de commerce.
