Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Northern Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 23‍(a) of the Territorial Lands Act, makes the annexed Withdrawal from Disposal of Certain Tracts of Territorial Lands in Nunavut (Bathurst Island) Order.

 

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires du Nord et en vertu de l’alinéa 23a) de la Loi sur les terres territoriales, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret déclarant inaliénables certaines parcelles territoriales au Nunavut (île Bathurst), ci-après.
