Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development, under subsections 45(1), (4) and (5) of the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, appoints Salima Stanley-Bhanji of Calgary, Alberta, to be a part-time member of the Social Security Tribunal for the Income Security Section, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of two years, effective March 14, 2022.
Sur recommandation de la ministre de l’Emploi et du Développement social et en vertu des paragraphes 45(1), (4) et (5) de la Loi sur le ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Salima Stanley-Bhanji, de Calgary (Alberta), membre à temps partiel du Tribunal de la sécurité sociale pour la section de la sécurité du revenu, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de deux ans, à compter du 14 mars 2022.
