 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of the Environment:

(a)  under subsection 21(1) of the Canadian Net-Zero Emissions Accountability Act, appoints Daniel Wicklum of Calgary, Alberta, to be a member of the Net-Zero Advisory Body, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years; and

(b)  under subsection 21(3) of the Canadian Net-Zero Emissions Accountability Act, designates Daniel Wicklum as co-chair of the Net-Zero Advisory Body.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Environnement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a)  en vertu du paragraphe 21(1) de la Loi canadienne sur la responsabilité en matière de carboneutralité, nomme Daniel Wicklum, de Calgary (Alberta), membre du Groupe consultatif sur la carboneutralité, à titre amovible pour un mandat de trois ans;

b)  en vertu du paragraphe 21(3) de la Loi canadienne sur la responsabilité en matière de carboneutralité, désigne Daniel Wicklum, coprésident du Groupe consultatif sur la carboneutralité.
