Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Canada Development Investment Corporation, under sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints Elizabeth A. Wademan of Toronto, Ontario, to be President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canada Development Investment Corporation, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and certain conditions of employment as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($271,000 - $317,800), effective March 28, 2022.

 

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Finances et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, après consultation avec le conseil d’administration de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Elizabeth A. Wademan, de Toronto (Ontario), présidente et première dirigeante de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (271 000 $ – 317 800 $), à compter du 28 mars 2022.
