Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under subsection 5(1) of the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians Act, appoints the Honourable David J. McGuinty, P.C., a member of the House of Commons who belongs to the government party, to be a member of the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians, to hold office during pleasure until the dissolution of Parliament following his appointment.

 

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) de la Loi sur le Comité des parlementaires sur la sécurité nationale et le renseignement, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme l’honorable David J. McGuinty, C.P., membre du parti gouvernemental, à titre de membre du Comité des parlementaires sur la sécurité nationale et le renseignement, à titre amovible jusqu’à la dissolution du Parlement qui suit sa nomination.
