                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Hazardous Products Act, being satisfied that certain products are or are likely to be a danger to the health or safety of the public by reason of their design, construction or contents, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending Part I of Schedule I to the Hazardous Products Act (Yo-yo type balls).

                 Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu du paragraphe 6(1) de la Loi sur les produits dangereux, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, étant convaincue que certains produits présentent ou présenteront vraisemblablement, à cause de leur conception, construction ou contenu, un danger pour la santé ou la sécurité publiques, prend le Décret modifiant la partie I de l’annexe I de la Loi sur les produits dangereux (balles de type yo-yo), ci-après.
