Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 7(1) of the Official Residences Act, appoints Yen Chanthy Som to be Chef at the Prime Minister’s residence, and fixes his remuneration and conditions of employment as set out in the attached schedule, which salary is within the range of $68,468 to $79,234 per annum, effective December 13, 2021.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 7(1) de la Loi sur les résidences officielles, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Yen Chanthy Som à titre de chef à la résidence du premier ministre et fixe sa rémunération et ses conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle de 68 468 $ à 79 234 $ par année, à compter du 13 décembre 2021.
