Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to section 4 of the Canada Council for the Arts Act, appoints Marie Pier Germain of Saint-Lambert, Quebec, to be Vice-Chairperson of the Canada Council for the Arts, to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
