Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to paragraphs 153(1)(a) and 153(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, reappoints Annette Esther Anselm of Vancouver, British Columbia, as a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Vancouver Regional Office), to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years.
