Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2‍(a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act,

(a) transfers from the Department of Employment and Social Development to the Office of Infrastructure of Canada the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration in the Department of Employment and Social Development known as the Homelessness Policy Directorate; and

(b) transfers from the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities to the Minister of Housing and Diversity and Inclusion the powers, duties and functions exercised by the Minister of Infrastructure and Communities with respect to the Homelessness Policy Directorate.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 2a) de la Loi sur les restructurations et les transferts d’attributions dans l’administration publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) transfère du ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social au Bureau de l’infrastructure du Canada la responsabilité à l’égard du secteur de l’administration publique fédérale au sein du ministère de l’Emploi et du Développement social connu sous le nom de Direction des politiques en matière d’itinérance;

b) transfère du ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités au ministre du Logement et de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion les attributions exercées par le ministre de l’Infrastructure et des Collectivités à l’égard de la Direction des politiques en matière d’itinérance.
