                 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to remit certain tax, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Accredited ICAO Missions Remission Order (Part IX of the Excise Tax Act).

                 Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, estimant que l’intérêt public le justifie, prend le Décret de remise visant les missions accréditées auprès de l’OACI (partie IX de la Loi sur la taxe d’accise), ci-après.
